Project Office — Management of complex project management is an independent structural unit of JSC «Roszheldorproject» created March 4, 2011.
The purpose of the Board of Directors is a comprehensive design management of major projects.
The main tasks of the Directorate are:
 — implementation of the complex design and survey works to ensure a high level of architectural and technical design documents, cost-effectiveness, safety, designed objects, as well as other work related to project implementation;
 — development of effective institutional arrangements for implementing an integrated design.
Currently, the Directorate of the following projects:

Design and survey work on the project: «Reconstruction and development of Small Moscow Railway Ring. The organization of passenger rail traffic»

The need for passenger traffic on Little Moscow Railway Ring has been identified in the late 1990s, but the scarcity of investment resources and not well conceived market mechanisms were not allowed to carry out this task.

For the project it was decided to create a joint venture of the Moscow Government and JSC «RZD» — JSC «Moscow Ring Railway».
As a result of Project MK MOR in the middle part of Moscow there will be a new interchange off-street loop speed transport.
Passenger volumes exceed the level of 250.0 million passengers per year.
Passenger time savings through a more convenient routes, travel speed and new features for transplants will be 55.7 million hours per year.
At the same time, construction of a third main track on part of the Small ring will also be fully preserve it the required volume of freight traffic, which will provide a significant number of service industries, tending and technologically linked to the stations and the nearest Small ring suburbs.

The Project MK MOR will receive the comprehensive development of 225.6 ha area of 2600 hectares, located in the zone of attraction for the MC MOR.
Created by MC MOR single geographically positioned as a transport complex infrastructure it is required to create a basis in Moscow an international financial center. Commercial real estate, built under the Project MK MOR can be used to host major international financial institutions and organizations, and the transportation system will connect with the main points of business activity and airports.

Project «Creation of a district of the Leningrad and Moscow Yaroslavsky railway station transport interchange complex with high-speed rail station, Moscow — St. Petersburg and the railway station for trains „Aeroexpress“, as well as the infrastructure for making high-speed trains in St. Petersburg»

In order to implement the Russian President's Decree «On measures to organize the movement of high-speed rail in the Russian Federation» dated March 16, 2010 №      321, as well as the General Scheme of the Moscow railway junction in the present time JSC «Roszheldorproject» offers a pre-design in the area Leningrad and Moscow Yaroslavsky railway station transport interchange complex.
Freight interchange complex in Komsomolskaya Square (the WPK «Kalanchevskaia») will include:

 — Railway infrastructure to railway traffic SCM Moscow-St Petersburg;
— Railway infrastructure, which provides electric trains Aeroexpress;
— Urban areas of the terminal to communicate with Aeroexpress airports of the Moscow aviation hub;
— Areas for passengers commuter train passenger station Moscow — Kalanchevskaya;
— Out-of-class railway station with a complex of buildings and facilities, transportation and other systems;
— Area of the central traffic management for SCM, technical subsystems and structural divisions of the railway station.
